THE NEXT CHALLENGE
The school year has officially come to an end. Bye bye my dear 3D, although there are some whom I'm all happy to lift my hands off you. Not that I've totally given up on you. It's just that I'm confident your next year form teachers are more capable of managing your antiques and better at handling your uniqueness. But of course I've witness many of you grow. You have grown into finer girls and boys. And most of all, I'm contented to see how all of you have bonded as a class and developed close friendships with some of your classmates.
So it has been officially announced that I'm taking P5J next year. I'm responsible for the foundation pupils. Frankly speaking, I was pretty much emotionless about the allocation until people started coming to me and asking me whether I'm ready to take it up. And then I thought perhaps I have underestimated the weight of this challenge. Not like I was initially already confident to take it up. I did have that fear but it just escalated after all the comments and questions from colleagues..
But InsyaAllah, I'm just praying that they are cooperative and well behaved. That's what is most important. Once I can manage them discipline wise, everything else should be much easier. And of course my teaching style would have to change. I would have to accomodate to their abilities and learning pace. Please grant me the extra patience and wisdom to handle them.
Well I'm just glad another year has come to an end and I can start everything anew again.
So the pupils are having their holidays soon and I just cant wait for us teachers to have our well deserved break. No more marking now is already a big relief.
